looking for a new house

So I'm currently looking for a new house. So I thought, since there are a lot of connected people reading here, I would just put out some feelers and say what I'm really looking for.

I like that some houses have flat rates for utilities included in the rent. I think that's a really cool way to do it, but I what I'm looking for is something like that only where I don't have to pay any utilities at all. I want to be able to use the electricity and the water and all that, but I just don’t want to have to pay for it. I'd really prefer that the bill goes to someone else.

I want roommates, who pay rent with me. But I would prefer roommates that I don’t ever have to see and who don't have any stuff. Ideally I'd have like three roommates, each of us would pay a quarter of the rent, but I never have to see them and I basically have the whole house to myself. Also it would be cool if they each paid one third of the rent so I wouldn’t have to pay for any of it.

I've seen some listing for partially furnished houses. But what I'm looking for is a house that's fully furnished, so I can just show up one day and have everything I need. It would also be cool if all the stuff was new and expensive, but I don’t want to have to pay it.

Another neat thing I've seen is where you can pay people to deliver groceries to your doorstep. I think that's really awesome. A way I would improve it, and this is a must have for any potential houses, is that they would deliver the groceries, but also put it away in the kitchen for me. And they would do it for free.

I would consider moving into an apartment, as long as it’s a one unit apartment building, that's the size and shape of a house.

So let me know if any of you know of any houses in the area that meets this description. For the mean time I'll be moving back in with my parents because it meets almost all of my requirements.
